Charming stone house of 150 m2 located in the town of Pierrefitte-in-Cinglais in a very green little hamlet in the heart of the Suisse Normande with magnificent views over the garden and nature.
This cottage has a garage and above a terrace.
It is about an hour from the sea with the landing beaches and the Caen Memorial, and 18 minutes from Falaise in the footsteps of William the Conqueror and his castle to visit.
