Come and take advantage of the charm and gentle climate of the Falaise area: horse country, on the crossroads between the Pays d’Auge (20kms to the east), the Suisse Normande (20kms to the west), with its cider and cheeses (Liverot, Pont l’Eveque and Camembert) and just 50kms from the beaches at Cabourg and Ouistreham. In the heart of the village of Eraines in the Ante valley, near Falaise and its 1000 year old castle where William the Conqueror was born in 1027, sone of Robert the Magnificent. Cecile and Joel offer you a warm welcome in their 200 year old superbly restored house. This old 19th century Normandy farmhouse will enchant you. The decoration is stylish and warm and makes you want to cuddle up by the fireside in winter, or in summer the shady woody garden is made for lazing about. In part of the first floor of the farm, separate and completely reserved for B&B guests there are 2 bedrooms (1 suite) and a gorgeous bathroom. At breakfast you can savour home made jams, croissants and other pastries as well as other delicacies.
